Wiggle is an independent Apple Watch musical playground, with an optional iPhone/iPad version in development. The app has no accounts, ads, analytics or developer-operated server. We do not collect or sell personal data through the app.

What Wiggle stores

Your musical and play preferences are stored locally using Apple's standard settings storage. In the upcoming companion version, choosing Send transfers musical settings between your paired iPhone and Watch using Apple WatchConnectivity. Volume and touch events are not sent. iPad play does not require Watch pairing.

Optional tilt is processed locally while the play screen is active. The four-beat phrase feature being developed records musical events, not your microphone. Phrases remain in memory for the current session and can be cleared.

This website

The browser demo generates sound locally. This site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes network information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. We have not added advertising or analytics trackers. Website hosting is separate from the offline native app.

Optional launch emails

Launch-email collection is not active yet. The following describes the planned signup flow. No email-entry form is available on this website until its setup and support contact have been verified.

Launch updates are an optional website service for adults, separate from the app. You can use the demo and native app without joining. We ask only for your email address and an explicit choice to receive Wiggle launch announcements—not a general newsletter.

The signup form is hosted by Kit on a separate page, opened only when you choose to continue. This website does not embed Kit scripts or collect your email itself. Kit processes your email address, signup and confirmation records, and technical information such as IP address and browser information. We do not copy the list into a separate application database.

The Kit form uses Google reCAPTCHA for abuse prevention, which may process device and network information and use cookies. See Kit's privacy policy, Google's privacy policy and Google's terms. Kit may also record email delivery, opens and link clicks; email-open measurements are not always accurate. We do not use these records for advertising audiences.

You must confirm a link in an email before joining the launch list. We use confirmed addresses only for the requested launch announcements. Every announcement includes an unsubscribe link. We do not sell the list or use it for advertising audiences.

We plan to delete the launch list within 90 days after the launch announcement, or cancel it if the launch is abandoned. Limited consent and suppression records may remain where needed to document consent and respect unsubscribe requests. Kit processes information under its service terms; this may involve processing outside your country, including the United States.

You can withdraw consent using an email's unsubscribe link. For access, correction, deletion or privacy questions, use the contact below. Unsubscribing does not affect your ability to use Wiggle.

What the native app does not use

• No account or sign-in
• No advertising or third-party analytics
• No tracking, location, contacts, photos, microphone recording or health data
• No in-app purchases and no third-party software development kits

Children's privacy

The native Wiggle app is designed for shared family play and does not request personal information. The website launch list is for adults only. Please do not submit a child's email address or personal details through signup or support. The app contains no external links or purchasing controls.

Changes

If a future version changes how data is handled, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before that version is released.
